The Cattail Creek Community Association is governed by an elected Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors is made up of association members. Your neighbors and fellow property owners have volunteered their time and efforts to serve the Cattail Creek community.
An Annual Owners Meeting and Annual Board Meeting are held to elect board members, approve upcoming year’s expenditures, among other business.
The Board of Directors meets throughout the year to conduct association business.
If an association member would like to meet with the board of directors, they may request to be added to the next scheduled meeting agenda by calling or emailing Jaymie Larsen at 406.585.9885 or cattailcreekhoa@gmail.com.
Members may request copies of previous annual meeting minutes, general board meeting minutes, and HOA financial statements by contacting Jaymie Larsen at 406.585.9885 or cattailcreekhoa@gmail.com.
All valid written requests for association records from current members will be fulfilled within 2 business days, per 35-2-906, MCA.
